Service Terms for Creavide

Welcome to Creavide’s services. These service terms (“Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions under which Creavide offers its video post-production services to you (“Client” or “You”).

1. Scope of Service

Creavide is committed to providing high-quality video post-production services as agreed upon with the Client. This may include, among others, video editing, color correction, insertion of visual and sound effects, and any other service agreed upon between the parties.

2. Collaboration and Communication

The Client agrees to collaborate with Creavide by providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to complete the project satisfactorily. Communication between the Client and Creavide will primarily be through electronic means, such as email or online messaging, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Client retains all intellectual property rights over the material provided to Creavide for post-production. Creavide does not claim any ownership rights over such material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for video post-production services will be set by Creavide and agreed upon with the Client before commencing the project. The Client agrees to pay the agreed fees as specified in the service contract. Payments will be made according to the agreed terms, which may include partial payments for milestones reached during the project.

5. Delivery and Revision

Creavide is committed to delivering work within agreed-upon deadlines and according to established quality standards. The Client will have the opportunity to review the delivered work and request revisions as necessary, within reasonable limits. Additional fees may apply for revisions outside the initially agreed scope.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of project cancellation by the Client, applicable fees will be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be provided once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Creavide be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, among others, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the Client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if Creavide has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jalisco/Mexico of Your State/Country. Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Jalisco/Mexico of Your State/Country.
